These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Old Road Print Co. website and related tools (the “Site”), including the catalog, designer, and quote/order features. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
We provide custom decorated apparel and related printing services. Product availability, decoration methods, pricing, and turnaround times shown on the Site or in quotes are estimates and may change based on supplier stock, artwork complexity, and production schedule.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Some stores or campaigns may require an access code or invitation; do not share access with unauthorized persons.
You represent that you have the right to upload or create artwork you submit (logos, text, images) and that it does not infringe others’ rights or violate law. You grant us a license to use submitted content solely to produce and fulfill your order. We may refuse or remove content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, offensive, or unsuitable for production.
Turnaround times are approximate. Local pickup and shipping options will be communicated with your order. Returns or replacements for defective garments may be available as described at checkout or in order communications; other custom-made items may not be returnable except as required by law.
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OLD ROAD PRINT CO. AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE OR AN ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THAT ORDER IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information.
We may modify these Terms or discontinue features of the Site at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your state apply.
